SNOW CLOSINGS

As I’m typing this letter they are talking about another huge snow, which means the Saturday classes will again be cancelled. We will definitely be making up these classes. I have asked the teachers to send a note home with a schedule.
Also, did you know that we have an “emergency closing” message extension on our phone, ext. 2. OOPS! Ext #3. Sorry for the confusion!

DANCE RECITAL NEWS:

COSTUMES
I have ordered all the costumes. Many students have several costumes and considering the expense, I would suggest that you make payments every month so that it doesn’t hit your billfold so much in April. Just a thought.

SCENERY COMMITTEE
We are having our first meeting Saturday, February 13th 3:00 at the studio. We need all the help we can get. So if you like to wield a hammer and nails or like to paint please come and join us.

WINTER CONCERT
Our concert at Garfield H.S. on January 9th went very well. The faculty, grads & students performed so well. Our thanks to the Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra; they were a delight to work with.
*Any dancer who borrowed a costume from another student must bring it back ASAP*

STATEMENT FOLLOW UP
A statement of account balances was sent out last month. It is not our policy to send out monthly statements. We appreciate those of you who cleared up your balances promptly. Your timely payments are appreciated.
