Brittney Ramsey - Tap
Brittney began her training at the age of 5 at Dance Etc. School of the Arts. Immediately after graduating she auditioned to be a tap dancer for a Washington, D.C. based dance company, Capitol Movement" and was accepted. She has worked with several choreographers including L.U.A.M., Thomas Ford, Mandy Moore, Erin Lamont and Stephanie Jojokian. Some highlights of Ms. Ramsey's career include: Performing with a worldwide delegation in Beijing, China & Tianjin, China; Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida; at the 2009 Orange Bowl, Miami, Florida; at Fed-Ex Field, Washington, D.C. for the Washington Redskins; and at the hsitorical Lincoln Theater in Washington, D.C. She also showcases her talent as a choreographer at the annual Spring Concert for Dance Etc.; at the Verizon Center for the Washington Mystics, charity events and dance competitions.
Christina has had the pleasure of dancing and training at Dance Etc. School of the Arts for 15 years. She has also been taught by internationally known Hip Hop choreographers Luam Kflezgy and Jeremi Ellis in Washington, D.C. She has performed several times with the Undaground Dance League in Petersburg, VA. She won the title of Best Choreographer for the 2009 Virginia Commonwealth University's "So You Think You Can Dance" contest. Christina has choreographed six high school musicals, including "The Music Man" and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame". She has had pieces headlining the annual show "STRUT" in Richmond, VA. She has showcased her talents along the East Coast as well as internationally.
