Mrs. Boyle’s extensive teaching and choreography experience spans more than 27 years. She received her training in Dayton , New York and London . In London, she studied at the Rambert School and was accepted into the Royal Ballet School of Teachers. She has been a guest performer with numerous regional ballet companies in the US. and London. She established 4 other schools prior to opening Dance Etc. School of the Arts 30 years ago. She has served on the board of directors for 5 ballet companies. In 1990, she received the prestigious “Choreographer of the Year Award” from the Alliance of Community Theaters (ACT). She has also been the recipient of the Virginia Governor’s School Award for the Outstanding Educator of the Year in 1994, 1995, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007. She teaches Ballet, Tap and Jazz.
